By doing this you get amazing taste and freshness, you help support local economy, protect the environment and encourage the growth of our local farmers. Most of the time, the produce you get at a farmers market has been picked within 24 hours and many are pesticide, hormone and chemical free. You know where your food is coming from because the grower is right there selling their product!
